Credit Terms

• All accounts will be on COD terms until credit is approved.
• Once credit is approved, all invoices are due within 30 days of service rendered.
• All balances over 30 days will be assessed a finance charge of 2% monthly (24% annually).
• B & H Oil Company LLC reserves the right to stop automatic deliveries if account is not paid within terms.
• B & H Oil Company LLC is not liable for any damages that may occur as a result of run outs, if your account balance is over 30 days, and you may incur a delivery fee.
• A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.
• If I move or change companies, I agree it is my responsibility to cancel automatic delivery.
• In the event, auto delivery is not cancelled, and a delivery is made, I am financially responsible for that bill.

Now is a great time to think about choosing a heating plan for next winter. As a local family owned and operated business, we personally work hard to offer quality service and competitive pricing. Here are the plans we are offering to help you manage your heating expenses.Budget Plan: (fuel oil and kerosene accounts)

• Yearly fuel costs broken down into 10 monthly payments
• First payment due July 15th
• Includes automatic delivery and cash discount (if payments are up to date)
• Current budget accounts will automatically renew, and receive new budget information on statements dated June 30
• Interested? Give us a call and we can work out a payment plan for you

• Prepaid plan-**available while supplies last**
• Locked in price $2.799 paid by cash or check

• Prebuy gallons are delivered automatically from September 1- March 31
• Visit www.bandhoil.com to download contract, or call to have one mailed
• Complete contract and mail in with payment in full-we recommend sending asap, as waiting may result in plan being sold out
• Refusal of a prebuy delivery will incur a $125 penalty
• Don’t know how much to purchase? Give us a call and we can help

• We offer automatic delivery service for qualified homeowners
• All services are due and payable within 30 days of service
• B&H Oil is not responsible for run outs, additional fees, or damages that occur due to a run out, if your account has a balance over 30 days
• We take all major credit cards, with autopay option for no extra charge
• B&H Oil does not charge a delivery fee for any regularly scheduled delivery
